Helen Neal-Ali offers interactive workshops designed to help people change patterns of thought and behavior shaped by traumatic experiences. Topics include understanding trauma, how we think, the roles of feelings and emotions, recognizing moods, understanding separate realities. FREE and open to all.

Engaging in creative expression helps heal the brain and strengthen self-confidence. The arts have also played a critical role in all social movements. SRQ Strong offers a variety of activities encouraging artistic expression for healing, resilience, and social change.
This workshop is facilitated by Charlotte Johnson, a dancer with Sarasota Contemporary Dance and SRQ Strong founding member. Dance to Heal explores how trauma is held in the body and how dance and movement can support healing. No dance experience required, all are welcome.
