SRQ Strong’s Trauma-Informed Community Development (TICD) uses the Micro Community Development Framework to guide authentic, relationship-centered work and ensure consistent messaging across neighborhoods.

Our work in Newtown is inspired by the Neighborhood Resilience Project (NRP), whose trauma-informed approach trained and guided us. NRP demonstrated how communities can identify strengths, address challenges, and build connections block by block. Using this model as our foundation, SRQ Strong empowers residents and organizations in Newtown to strengthen relationships, foster resilience, and co-create lasting neighborhood solutions.

A key tool in our approach, the imHealthy Platform provides real-time, multi-level data to guide community action:
The Neighborhood Resilience Project has created this dynamic platform that takes data and makes pictographs and other outcome-based results as data is entered, letting neighbors see and take ownership of their collective impact.

Using imHealthy helps organizations align efforts, track measurable outcomes, and support sustainable, community-driven change. Contact info@srqstrong.org for a demo of imHealthy and learn how to implement it with your programs.
